Rammohan Rao, formerly i/c Superintending Engineer, RWS&S (now retired) while working as Superintending Engineer, RWS&S, Ongole, has committed irregularities in utilization of inferior quality of HDPE pipes for providing drinking water facilities to quality affected habitations in Chinnaganjam, Karamchedu, and Parchuru (M) of Prakasam District. 2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule-9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri N. Rammohan Rao, formerly i/c Superintending Engineer, RWS&S, Ongole (now retired). 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991.
