deputation working in O/o. Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) of Narasampet (M) of

criminal / disciplinary proceedings and post him to a far off place in a non focal

O R D E R :
Whereas in the reference read above, orders were issued placing
Sri M. Ramesh Babu, Assistant Engineer (PR) on deputation working in O/o.
Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) of Narasampet (M) of Warangal District under
suspension on the allegation of demand and acceptance of bribe from the
complainant for doing official favor, from the date of detention and he shall
continue to be under suspension until the conclusion of the proceedings relating
to criminal charge.
2. The Government have reviewed the suspension case of the individual in
terms of orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Ser.C)
Department, dated 8.3.1994 and decided to reinstate him into service, without
prejudice to the criminal / disciplinary proceedings pending against him and
posting him to a far off place in non-focal post.
3. Now, therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(c) of sub-rule (5) of rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification,
Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of
Sri M. Ramesh Babu, Assistant Engineer (PR) on deputation working in O/o.
Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) of Narasampet (M) of Warangal District with
immediate effect without prejudice to the criminal / disciplinary proceedings
pending against him and to post him to a far off place in non-focal post.
4. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action accordingly.
