The Government have reviewed the suspension case of the individual in terms of orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Ser.C) Department, dated 8.3.1994 and decided to reinstate him into service, without prejudice to the criminal / disciplinary proceedings pending against him and posting him to a far off place in non-focal post. 3. Now, therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Sri M.Bikshapathi, Assistant Engineer (PR), Kodakandla (M), Warangal District with immediate effect without prejudice to the criminal / disciplinary proceedings pending against him and to post him to a far off place in non-focal post. 4.
