ORDER :
In the circumstances explained by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj
& Rural Employment, A.P., Hyderabad in the letter read above, the
Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner, Panchayat
Raj & Rural Employment, A.P., Hyderabad to initiate Departmental
Proceedings against Sri A.Sambasiva Rao, former Panchayat Secretary
(EO.Gr.II),Turlapadu Gram Panchayat, Guntur District and retired from
Gram Panchayat , Nakarikallu, Guntur District on 28.2.2011 on
superannuation, under Sub clause (i) of clause (b) of sub Rule (2) of Rule
9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules,1980.
2. It is further directed that the said Departmental Proceedings shall
be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the
APCS (CCA) Rules,1991 by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural
Employment, A.P., Hyderabad and submit final recommendation to the
Government for taking further action in the matter.
