In the GO read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued Budget Release Order (LOC) for an additional amount of Rs.300.00 lakhs to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad towards construction of Zilla Mahila Samakya Building at Mahaboobnagar Dist and Divisional Samakya building at Gadwal, through the procedure of drawal “LOC” during the year 2011-12. 2. Government after careful examination here by accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.300.00 lakhs (Rupees three crores only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development Hyderabad towards construction of Zilla Mahila Samakya Building at Mahaboobnagar Dist and Divisional Samakya building at Gadwal during the year 2011-12. 3. The amount sanctioned at para 2 above, shall be debited to the following heads of account: 2515 - Other Rural Development Programmes MH 800 - Other Expenditure GH (11) - Normal State Plan SH (15) - Construction of Zilla and Mandal Mahila Samakya and Mandal Mahila SamakyaBuildings 310 - Grants–in-Aid 312 - Other Grants–in-aid. 4. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad shall adjust the funds by way of Letter of Credit (LOC) after obtaining the authorization from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad. He is also requested to send necessary supplementary proposals for the grants at appropriate time, for obtaining supplementary grants to cover the actual expenditure during the year 2011-12. 5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad based on the Budget Release Order (LOC) issued in the reference read above.
