ORDER;
In the G.O. 1st read above Smt. N. Vimala, Section Officer, P.R. & R.D.
Department while working as S.O. in I & C Deptt. has been sanctioned an amount
of Rs.6.00 lakhs towards HBA for Site-cum-Construction in 100 Sq. Yards, in
Survey No.895 situated at Balaji Nagar Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District,
out of which an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs has been released as 1st instalment. Due
to lapse of budget provision in the Financial Year 2010-2011, the same was
revalidated vide G.O. 2nd read above.
2. Smt. N. Vimala, Section Officer, P.R. & R.D. Department in her
representation 3rd read above, has started that due to unwilling of land owner to
sale the said plot to her, she was unable to start construction on the above said
Plot. Therefore she submitted another Documents of Plot bearing No.127 in
Survey Nos. 191, 194, 195, 196, 197 and 198, total area 200 Sq. Yards at
Kardhanoor Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District, and requested to permit
her to allow to take up construction of House in the said Plot in place of 100 Sq.
Yards, in Survey No.895 situated at Balaji Nagar Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda
District and also permit her to mortgage the same in favour of Govt.
3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to Smt.
N. Vimala, Section Officer, P.R. & R.D. Department to takeup construction as per
approved Plan at Plot bearing No.127 in Survey Nos. 191, 194, 195, 196, 197 and
198, total area 200 Sq. Yards at Kardhanoor Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak
District in place of 100 Sq. Yards, in Survey No.895 situated at Balaji Nagar
Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District and to mortgage the same in favour of
Government.
