Administrative Sanction towards Matching State Share to meet the expenditure during the
current financial year 2011-2012 – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
A provision of Rs.395.00 Lakhs has been made in the B.E. 2011-2012 under the plan
scheme for implementation of Integrated Wasteland Development Programme (IWDP), out of
which an amount of Rs. 98.25 lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs.
296.75 lakhs during the current financial year 2011-12.
2. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad
has reported that the Government of India have released central share of Rs.78.39074 lakhs
to Karimnagar Dist. under “Integrated Wasteland Development Programme (IWDP) duly
indicating the State Share of Rs. 9.00 lakhs. Hence, the Commissioner, Rural Development,
Hyderabad has requested to release the Matching State Share of Rs. 9.00 lakhs for
implementation of the IWDP scheme in Karimnagar Dist. during the current financial year
2011-12.
3. The Finance (Expr. PR & RD) Department in the reference 2nd read above have
issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.9.00 lakhs to the Commissioner, Rural
Development, Hyderabad from the BE provision 2011-12 towards matching state share under
IWDP to Karimnagar Dist.to meet the expenditure for implementation of Integrated Wasteland
Development Programme (IWDP), during the current financial year 2011-12.
4. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for
release of an amount of Rs.9.00 lakhs (Rupees Nine lakhs only) to the Commissioner, Rural
Development, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure towards Matching State Share under the
Plan scheme for implementation of Integrated Wasteland Development Programme (IWDP)
scheme in Karimnagar Dist during the current financial year 2011-12.
5. The amount sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to the following Heads of
Account:
a. General Plan of Rs.6.96 lakhs (Rupees Six lakhs and ninety six thousand only):

6. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is requested to release the
amount to the District Collector/Chairman, DRDA, Karimnagar Dist through the PD Account
No 8448-120-12 (APTC Form 102) after obtaining Budget authorization from the Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad, who in turn shall transfer the amount to concerned for
implementation of the Integrated Wasteland Development Project during the current financial
year 2011-2012. She is also requested to intimate the allotment of funds to the Government
and also ensure the proper utilization of funds by the Project implementing agency.
7. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that, this allotment
cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent
under proper sanction of the Competent Authority as prescribed under relevant rules and
informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer Receipts (DORs) is
received.
8. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary
budget authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad in accordance with
the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above.
9. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view of the
BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above by the Finance (Expr. PR & RD) Department.
