GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT PLAN SCHEME – SRTRI – Administrative Sanction and release of 4th quarter for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs to meet the expenditure towards salaries and other mandatory expenses to SRTRI during the current financial year 2011-2012 – Accorded - Orders – Issued. PANCHAYAT RAJ & RURAL DEVELOPMENT (RD.IV) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 61 Dated: 07-03-2012. Read the following:- 1) From the Director, SRTRI, Nalgonda Dist Lr. No. SRTRI/Budget/11/2011, dated 24/1/2012 2) G.O. Rt. No. 682, Fin (Exp.PR&RD) Dept., dated 28/2/2012.. *** ORDER: A provision of Rs.200.00 lakhs has been provided in the B.E. 2011- 12 towards salaries and other mandatory expenses to Swami Ramananda Thirtha Rural Institute, Nalgonda, out of which an amount of Rs. 150.00 lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs. 50.00 lakhs during the current financial year 2011-2012. 2) In the reference 1st read above, the Director, SRTRI, Nalgonda Dist has requested to release the 4th quarter budget of Rs. 50.00 lakhs to meet the salaries of the staff and other mandatory expenditure of SRTRI, Nalgonda for the year 2011-12 3). In the reference 2nd read above, Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs (Rupees fifty lakhs only) to the Assistant Secretary (OP), Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department towards 4th quarter budget, to meet the salaries of the staff and other mandatory expenses of the SRTRI, during the current financial year 2011-2012. 4. Government after careful examination hereby accord Administrative Sanction and release an amount of Rs.50.00 Lakhs (Rupees fifty lakhs only) to the Assistant Secretary (OP), PR&RD Dept., AP Secretariat, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure towards salaries and other mandatory expenses of SRTRI during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-2012. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the following head of Account: 2515 - Other Rural Development Programmes MH101 - Panchayat Raj GH 11 - Normal State Plan SH (40) - Assistance to Swami Ramananda Thirtha Rural Institute 310 - Grants-in-Aid 312 - Other Grants-in-Aid-:2:- 6. The Assistant Secretary to Government, PR&RD (OP) Department shall arrange to draw and disburse the amount by way of cheque to the Director, Swami Ramananda Thirtha Rural Institute, Nalgonda by presenting the bill to Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad after receipt of the budget authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department in the reference 2nd read above.
