Ms. No. 179, PR&RD (RD.IV) Dept., Dt. 19/7/2011 3) From the Commissioner, Rural Development, A.P, Hyd., Lr.No.3540/ /RD.VI(2)/ SGSY/2011, Dt: 29/7/2011. 4) G.O.Rt.No.737, Fin (Expr. PR&RD) Dept., Dt: 02-03-2012. ***** ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs. 13.23 lakhs towards backlog MSS of 2010-11 for restoration of cuts to Nellore Dist duly canceling the GO issued in the reference 1st and 2nd read above for Rs.2088.94 lakhs towards backlog matching state share. 2. In the Government Orders 4th read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department duly cancelling the earlier orders issued in the reference 1st read above, have issued BRO for an amount of Rs. 13.23 lakhs (Rupees thirteen lakhs and twenty three thousand only) towards matching state share under the SGSY scheme i.e Rs.0.88 lakhs from the BE Provision 2011- 12 and Rs. 12.35 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders, with a request to send necessary supplementary proposals during the current financial year 2011-12. 3. In supersession of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord revised administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs.13.23 lakhs (Rupees thirteen lakhs and twenty three only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development Hyderabad i.e. (Rs. 0.88 lakhs from the BE provision 2011-12 under TSP and Rs.12.35 lakhs as additional funds under GP and SCP) in relaxation of treasury control orders under SGSY Scheme during the current financial year 2011-12. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following heads of account a General Plan of Rs. 10.21 lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs and twenty one thousand only) 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme MH 003 - Training for Rural Youth and Self Employment GH 06 - Matching State Share of Centrally Sponsored Schemes SH (11) - Swarnajayanthi Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) 310 - Grants–in-Aid 312 - Other Grants–in-aid. b. Special Component Plan of Rs.2.14 (Rupees two lakhs and fourteen thousand only) 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme MH 789 - Special component Plan for the S.Cs. GH 06 - Matching State Share of Centrally Sponsored Schemes SH (11) - Swarnajayanthi Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) 310 - Grants –in-aid 312 - Other Grants-in-Aid [p.t.o]-:2:- c. Tribal Areas sub-plan of Rs. 0.88 lakhs (Rupees eighty eight thousand only): 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programmes MH 796 - Tribal areas sub-plan GH 06 - Matching state share of Centrally Sponsored Schemes SH (11) - Swarnajayanthi Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) 310 - Grants –in-Aid 312 - Other Grants-In-aid. 6. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall release the funds to the DRDA, Nellore through the PD A/c. No. 8448-120-12 after obtaining the Budget Authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued in the GO 4th read above. She shall intimate the allotment of funds to the Government and also watch the drawal and utilisation of funds by the DRDAs. She is also requested to send necessary supplementary proposals immediately during the current financial year 2011-12 for obtaining supplementary grants to cover the actual expenditure incurred in relaxation of treasury control orders. 7. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that, these allotments cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer Receipts (DORs) is received. 8. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued in the GO 4th read above. 9.
