PR&RD) Dept., Dt: 6-3-2012 @@@ ORDER: A provision of Rs.40.00 Lakhs has been made in the BE 2011–2012 to meet the expenditure under “Water Conservation Mission”, out of which an amount of Rs.30.00 lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs.10.00 lakhs, during the current financial year 2011-12. 2. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has reported that the funds released during 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter was utilized for the purpose for which it was released and requested to issue BRO for an amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs towards 4th quarter budget to meet the expenditure under “Water Conservation Mission” during the current financial year 2011-12. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued consolidated Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.268.50 lakhs to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad, out of which an amount of Rs.10.00 lakhs has been earmarked to meet the expenditure under “Water Conservation Mission” during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-2012. 4. Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.10.00 Lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development & Chief Executive Officer, Water Conservation Mission, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure of Direction & Administration and Office Expenditure during the 4th quarter towards Water Conservatory Mission, during the current financial year 2011 –2012. 5. The amount sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme MH 001 - Direction and Administration GH 11 - Normal State Plan SH (05) - Water Conservation Mission. 010 - Salaries 110 - Domestic Travel Expenditure 130 - Office expenditure 200 - Other administrative Expenses 260 - Advertisements Sales and publicity Expenses 300 - Other Contractual Services [p.t.o]-:2:- 6. The Commissioner of Rural Development/ Chief Executive Officer, Water Conservation Mission, Hyderabad is directed to incur the expenditure and on presenting the Detailed Voucher bills based on the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Expr. PR & RD) Department in the ref. 2nd read above, after obtaining authorization from Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad and also intimate the expenditure particulars to the Government. 7. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that these allotments cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the DORs (Drawing Officers’ Receipt) is received. 8. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner, Rural Development and Chief Executive Officer, Water Conservation Mission, Hyderabad based on the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above. 9. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view of the BRO issued by the Finance (Expr. PR & RD) Department in the reference 2nd read above.
