Narsing Rao, Jamedar, I & CAD (P.W.) Department has stated that her husband Sri G. Narsing Rao while working in Irrigation & CAD (PW) Department expired on 21.09.2008. She has only one son aged about 26 years. She has requested to appoint her son Sri. G. Rajesh Kumar on compassionate grounds for kith and kin as per the eligibility. She has produced the Original death Certificate, Copy of Family Members Certificate, Copy of VIIIth class Study Certificate. She has further stated that she could not applied for appointment till now since she could not obtain the Family members certificate from the Tahsildar due to lack of knowledge. Hence, she has therefore requested to exempt delay in submitting the requisition. She has further requested to consider her case taking a lenient view on humanitarian grounds. She is suffering with a lot of trouble financially to lead herself and her son due to death of her husband and also ill health. She is not able to move from her house frequently. She has therefore requested to appoint her son as Office Subordinate in relaxation of rules as applicable. 2. The request of the individual for appointment as Office Subordinate has been examined in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st to 5th read above. It is noticed that according to the age and educational qualifications submitted by Sri. G. Rajesh Kumar, S/o. Late G. Narsing Rao, he has passed VIIIth class in the year June 1995. His date of birth is 01.02.1983. After careful examination of the matter in terms of the orders issued from time to time and the hardship of the individual, Government hereby considered that Sri. G. Rajesh Kumar, S/o. Late G. Narsing Rao, be appoionted as Office Subordinate as per the A.P. Last Grade Service Rules under the Social Security measures. 3. Accordingly, Sri. G. Rajesh Kumar, S/o. Late G. Narsing Rao is hereby appointed as Office Subordinate in Irrigation & CAD (P.W) Department, A.P. Secretariat in the existing vacancy of S.C in relaxation of condition (2) in para (2) of G.O.Ms.No. 687, GA (Ser.A) Department, dated: 3.10.1977 i.e. condoning the 11 months delay in submitting the application and other conditions laid down in the A.P.Last Grade Service Rules under the Social Security measures, purely on temporary basis w.e.f. the date on which he reports for duty subject to the submission of Original Certificates viz., Death Certificate, Family Members Certificate, Caste Certificate, Age and Educational Qualifications Certificate, No other source of Income Certificate and Medical Fitness Certificate.
