No. 927, Finance (WA.I) Dept., Dt. 16/03/2012 &&& ORDER: In the proposal 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue BRO for an amount of Rs.8000.00 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders under Indira Jala Prabha.. 2. In the GO 2nd read above, the Finance (WA-I) Dept. have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2500.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty five crores only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders subject to obtaining supplementary grants at the appropriate time during the year 2011-12 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord Administrative Sanction and release an amount of Rs.2500.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty five crores only) to the Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure under Indira Japa Prapha in relaxation of treasury control orders subject to obtaining supplementary grants at the appropriate time during the year 2011-12 4. The sanctioned amount at Para 3 above shall be debited to the following heads of Account: a. General Plan of Rs. 1930.00 Lakhs (Rupees nineteen crores, thirty lakhs Only): 2515 - Other Rural Development Programmes MH 103 - Dry Land Development Programmes GH (07) - Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) SH (10) - Indira Jala Prabha (to be opened) 310 - Grants –in-Aid 312 - Other Grants in-aid. b. Special Component Plan for S.C.s of Rs.405.00 Lakhs (Rupees four crore and five lakh Only): 2515 - Other Rural Development Programmes MH 789 - Special Component plan for Scheduled Castes. GH (07) - Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) SH (10) - Indira Jala Prabha (to be opened) 310 - Grants –in-Aid 312 - Other Grants in-aid. [p.t.o]-: 2 :- c Tribal Areas Sub-Plan of Rs. 165.00 lakhs (Rupees one crore and sixty five lakhs only): 2515 - Other Rural Development Programmes MH 796 - Tribal Area Sub Plan GH (07) - Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) SH (10) - Indira Jala Prabha (to be opened) 310 - Grants –in-Aid 312 - Other Grants in-aid. 5. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall draw the funds based on the BRO issued by the finance Deot in the GO 2nd read above, by way of cheque in favour of Commissioner, Rural Development/ RIDF-SB A/c No.62200343777, SBH, Adarsh Nagar Branch, Hyderabad, after obtaining the budget authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad. The Commissioner, Rural Development shall regulate the expenditure strictly to the extent of amount sanctioned at pare 3 above and shall furnish the expenditure particulars to the Govt. and also watch the drawal and utilization of funds by the implementing agencies. 6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad based on the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Dept vide GO 2nd read above. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of finance department in view of the BRO issued by the Finance (WA-I) Dept, in the reference 2nd read above.
