(Expr. PR&RD) Dept., Dt: 6-3-2012 ****** ORDER: A provision of Rs. 18.00 Lakhs has been made in the Budget Estimates 2011- 2012 to meet the expenditure under Andhra Pradesh Water Land and Trees Authority, out of which an amount of Rs. 13.50 lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs.4.50 lakhs, during the current financial year 2011-12. 2. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has reported that the funds released during 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter was utilized for the purpose for which it was released and requested to issue BRO for an amount of Rs. 4.50 lakhs towards 4th quarter budget to meet the expenditure under Andhra Pradesh Water Land and Trees Authority during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-12. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued consolidated Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.268.50 lakhs to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad out of which an amount of Rs.4.50 Lakhs has been earmarked to meet the expenditure under Andhra Pradesh Water Land and Trees Authority during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-12. 4. Government after careful examination here by accord administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.4.50 Lakhs (Rupees Four lakhs and fifty thousand Only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, and Administrator APWLTA, to meet the expenditure under A.P. Water Land and Trees Authority towards 4th quarter during the current financial year 2011–12. 5. The Amount Sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 02 - Drought Prone Area Programme MH 800 - Other Expenditure GH 11 - Normal State Plan SH (10) - A.P. Water Land and Trees Authority 260 - Advertising Sales and Publicity Expenses. 6. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the amount through the PD account No 8448-120-12 to all the District Collectors who in turn shall release the same to the Project Directors of DWMA after obtaining the authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad and shall intimate the allotment of funds to the Government. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall ensure proper utilization of the funds by the implementing agencies.-:2:- 7. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer’s Receipt (DOR) is received. 8. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad based on the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above. 9. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance (Expr. PR & RD) Department, in view of the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above.
