Dated:16-3-2012 Read the following:- 1) From the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad Note No. 3399/RD.VI(2)-BE-2011-12, dated 10/1/2012 2) G.O.Rt.No.775, Fin. (Expr. PR&RD) Dept., Dt: 6-3-2012 ***** ORDER: A provision of Rs.15.00 lakhs has been made in the Budget Estimates 2011- 2012 to meet the expenditure under Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in AP (SEEDAP), out of which an amount of Rs. 11.25 lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs. 3.75 lakhs during the current financial year 2011-12. 2. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has reported that the funds released during 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter was utilized for the purpose which it was released and requested to issue BRO for an amount of Rs. 3.75 lakhs towards 4th quarter budget to meet the expenditure under Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in AP (SEEDAP) during the current financial year 2011-12 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have issued consolidated Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.268.50 lakhs to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad, out of which an amount of Rs.3.75 lakhs has been earmarked for implementation of Plan Scheme under Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in AP (SEEDAP) during the 4TH quarter of the current financial year 2011-2012. 4. Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs.3.75 lakhs (Rupees three lakhs and seventy five thousand only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development Hyderabad for implementation of Plan Scheme under Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in AP (SEEDAP) during the 4TH quarter of the current financial year 2011-2012. 5. The amount sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to the following heads of account: 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme MH 001 - Direction and Administration GH (11) - Normal State Plan SH (08) - Assistance to Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in Andhra Pradesh (SEEDAP) 310 - Grants–in-Aid 311 - Grants-in-Aid towards Salaries 312 - Other Grants–in-aid. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad is requested to draw and adjust the amount in PD A/c No. 50, Secretary, SEEDAP and utilize the funds after obtaining the Budget Authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above and also intimate the expenditure particulars to the Government. 6. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that, this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the DOR is received. 7. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above duly following the quarterly regulations. 8.
