Plan Scheme – Administrative Sanction towards 4th quarter budget to meet the
expenditure under A.P Water Vision during the current financial year 2011-12 – Accorded -
Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
A provision of Rs.1.00 lakh has been made in the Budget Estimates 2011-12 to
meet the expenditure under A.P. Water Vision during, out of which an amount of Rs.0.75
lakhs has already been released, leaving the balance of Rs. 0.25 lakhs, during the current
financial year 2011-12.
2. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development,
Hyderabad has reported that the funds released during 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter was utilized
for the purpose for which it was released and requested to issue BRO for an amount of
Rs. 0.25 lakhs towards 4th quarter budget to meet the expenditure under A.P. Water Vision
during the current financial year 2011-12
3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department have
issued consolidated Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.268.50 lakhs to the
Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad, out of which an amount of Rs.0.25 lakhs
has been earmarked to meet the Administrative expenditure under A.P. Water Vision
Scheme during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-2012.
4. Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for
release of an amount of Rs.0.25 lakhs (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the
Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad to meet the Administrative expenditure
under A.P. Water Vision Scheme during the 4th quarter of the current financial year 2011-
2012.
5. The amount sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the following Head of
Account:
2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development
01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme
MH 001 - Direction and Administration
GH 11 - Normal State Plan
SH (07) - A.P. Water Vision
130 - Office expenses
133 - Water and Electricity charges
5. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad is directed to draw and
utilize the funds for the Administrative Expenditure under A.P. Water Vision Scheme
during the current financial year 2011-2012 after obtaining the authorisation from the
Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad and on presenting the Detailed Voucher
Bills, according to the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read
above and also intimate the expenditure particulars to the Government.-:2:-
6. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that this
allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same
shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under
relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the DORs is
received.
7. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue
necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad
based on the Budget Release Order issued by Fin. Dept., in the reference 2nd read above.
8. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view
of the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above.
