PR & RD) Dept., Dt: 17-3-2012. @@@ ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad has reported that the Director, APBIRED, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad has requested to reimburse an amount of Rs. 2,85,481/- towards 10% share of recurring expenditure to Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural and Entrepreneurship Development (APBIRED) for the period 1/10/2011 to 31/12/2011 from the BE 2011-12 under State Level Training Institute for Rural Development. 2. In the reference 2nd read above the Fin (Expr. PR & RD) Dept., have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2.86 lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs and Eighty Six thousand only) (Rs. 2.55 lakhs from BE 2011-12 and Rs. 0.31 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders subject to obtaining supplementary grants during the financial year 2011-12) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of 10% share of recurring expenditure to Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural Entrepreneurship Development (APBIRED) for the period from 1-10-2011 to 31/12/2011. 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs 2.86 lakhs (Rupees two lakhs and eighty six thousand only) (Rs. 2.55 lakhs from BE 2011-12 and Rs. 0.31 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of 10% share of recurring expenditure to the Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural Entrepreneurship Development (APBIRED) for the period from 1/10/2011 to 31-12-2011, during the current financial year 2011-12. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following head of Account:- 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural development 01 - Integrated Rural Development Programme. 003 - Training 11 - Normal State Plan SH (15) - State level training institute for Rural Development 310 - Grants-in-Aid 312 - Other Grants –In – Aid. 5. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad shall arrange to draw and disburse the amount by way of cheque in favour of Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural Entrepreneurship Development (APBIRED), SB Account No. 125510011022349, Andhra Bank, Rajendranagar Branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code No. ANDB0001255) by presenting the bills to the Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad after receipt of the budget authorization from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad shall send necessary proposals for the supplementary grants during the current financial year to cover the actual expenditure incurred.-: 2:- 6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary budget authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad based on the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department in view of the BRO issued by the Finance (Expr. PR&RD) Department in the G.O. 2nd read above.
