भारत सरकार की अजधसूर्ना संख्या का. आ. 3955 (अ) म,ें इस अजधसूर्ना के अजधकाररक रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख
स,े जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह ैं:-
उि अजधसूर्ना म,ें मि संख्या (ख़) (i) और (ii) तथा उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजि को जनम्नजलजखत के साथ प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत
दकया िाएगा और प्रजिजि इस प्रकार होगी:

2024 और का. आ. स.ं426(अ), दिनांक 23 िनिरी, 2025 के माध्यम स े संिोजधत की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd March, 2025
S.O. 1076(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi
Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
Notification No. S.O.3955(E), dated the 17.09.2024 issued by this Ministry, with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
In the said notification, in clause (b), for the items number (i) and (ii) the entries relating thereto, the
following items number and entry shall be substituted, namely:-
(i) Shri Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma
Member of Legislative Assembly, New Delhi Constituency;
(ii) Shri Virender Singh Kadian
Member of Legislative Assembly, Delhi Cantonment Constituency
