SPE एवं ACB मामलों की सुनवाई के जलए III अपर श्रीकाकुलम, जवियनगरम, जविाखापत्तनम, गोिावरी पूवव और जिला न्यायालय-सह-जविेष न्यायाधीि, गोिावरी पजिम के अजवभाजित जिले जविाखापत्तनम के न्यायालय 2. II अपर जिला न्यायालय-सह-मेरोपोजलटन सत्र कृष्‍टणा, गुंटूर, नेल्लोर, प्रकािम, अनंतपुर, कुनूवल, कडपा और न्यायाधीि, जवियवाड़ा के न्यायालय जचत्तूर के अजवभाजित जिले [फा. सं. 11011/39/2023/एनआईए] प्रवीण वजिष्ठ, अपर सजचव MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st July, 2023 S.O. 3314(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide No. S.O. 3390 (E) dated the 19th September, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, hereby designates the Court of III Additional District Court-cum-Special Judge for trial of SPE and ACB cases, Vishakhapatnam and Court of II Additional District Court-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada in State of Andhra Pradesh as the Special Courts for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act for the trial of Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
