New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2024
S.O. 819(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Sh. Subu
Tapin, Special Public Prosecutor for a period of five years w.e.f. 3rd November, 2019, for conducting the
cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before any trial court or appellate court or revisional
court established by law in the territory of the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Itanagar bench of Gauhati
High Court.
