G.S.R. 886(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 read with section 75 of the
Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the National Disaster Management Authority (Financial Advisor) Recruitment Rules,
2008, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. –
(1) These rules may be called the National Disaster Management Authority (Financial Advisor)
Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Disaster Management Authority (Financial Advisor) Recruitment Rules, 2008, in
the Schedule in column (11), in Note 2, for the figures “56”, the word, “fifty-eight” shall be substituted.

(ख) क्रम संख्या 10 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के जलए, कॉलम (1) से (13) म,ें जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्या और प्रजिजियों

नोट 1: प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगात
केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगिन या
जिभाग में इस जनयुजि से िीक पहले धाठरत दकसी
अन्य काडर से बाहर के पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की
