NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2026
S.O. 118(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act
2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government, in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Madhya
Pradesh, hereby designates the Children’s Court at Bhopal i.e. Principal District and Sessions Court, Bhopal as the NIA
Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, for conducting trial of ST No. 187/2024
arising out of NIA Case RC-04/2017/NIA/DLI.
The jurisdiction of the Special Court for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend
throughout the State of Madhya Pradesh.
