अजधसूचनाओं के अजधक्रमण में, जसवाय उन कायों के, जिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्रमण के पूवि संपादित कर जलया गया था अथवा करन े
से लोप कर दिया था, उस तारीख से गैर-अजधसूजचत माना िाएगा, जिस तारीख से उपरोि Special Exclusive Courts

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2026
S.O. 4078(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act
2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi
and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi- hereby designates Special Exclusive Courts 01, 02 and 03
at Rouse Avenue Court Complex as NIA Courts for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act,
exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
The jurisdiction of the Special Court for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend
throughout the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Further, the presently functional NIA Courts of the District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala
House Courts, New Delhi and the Additional Sessions Judge-03, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi
shall stand de-notified, in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 3541(E) and
S.O. 3542(E) dated 26.09.2019 respectively except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, from the date the aforementioned Special Exclusive Courts 01, 02 and 03 are made functional.
