S.O. 2762(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-section (4) of section 329 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), the Central Government hereby specifies the following
scientific experts of the Central Forensic Science Laboratories as Government scientific experts for the purpose of
section 329 of the said Act, namely:-
(i) Scientist 'B';
(ii) Junior Scientific Officer; and
(iii) Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-I.
