S.O. 5403(E).—In pursuance of clause (c) of section 2 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of
2025), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, publsihed in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii), vide number S.O.3990(E), dated the 1st September, 2025, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table,—
(i) against serial number 2, in column (3), the entry “Chandigarh” shall be omitted;
(ii) against serial number 7, in column (3), the entries “Haryana” and “Rajasthan” shall be omitted;
(iii) against serial numbers 9, in column (3), the entry “Assam” shall be omitted;
(iv) after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be
inserted, namely:—
