S.O. 1085(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that
the Administrator of the Union territory of Chandigarh shall, subject to the control of the President and until further
orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under section 23 of the Family
Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984) within the said Union territory.
