Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government E-Gazette of the Union Territory of Dadra and
Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (UT DNH and DD) is regularly
updated/published on the UT Administration's website;
(b) if so, the link to the website and copies of all Gazette
notifications/circulars published during the last one year;
(c) whether all services offered by the departments of the Union Territory
have been digitised;
(d) if so, the details of these services, including the date of digitisation;
(e) the number of applications received, processed and pending for availing
these services;
(f) whether all the websites of each department of the UT Administration
are functional;
(g) if so, the details thereof alongwith links; and
(h) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b) The Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu
Administration has informed that Gazette Notifications are uploaded on
official website https://ddd.gov.in and can be accessed online. Physical
copies of published Gazette Notifications are also available for reference in
the Department of Planning & Statistics at Daman.
(c) to (e) Services offered by various Departments such as issuance of
certificates (birth, death, caste, income etc.), licenses, permits, registrations,
utility payments, grievances redressal mechanisms etc. in the UT of Dadra
and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu have been digitized and the applications
received are processed by Department concerned.
(f) to (h) The common website of UT Administration https://ddd.gov.in is used
by the Departments. However, Police and Fire Department have their websites
https://police.ddd.gov.in and https://fes.ddd.gov.in respectively.
