SHRI LALJI VERMA: Will the Minister of Minority Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of increase in the budget allocation for educational upliftment of minority communities from 2014 to 2025, year-wise; (b) the details of the implementation percentage of the planned 15-point programme for the welfare of minority communities by the Government; and (c) the details of all the work done under the 15-point programme? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF MINORITY AFFAIRS (SHRI KIREN RIJIJU) (a): The details of budget allocation under the three Scholarship Schemes from the year 2014 to 2025 is annexed. The Schemes were implemented till 2021-22. (b) and (c): The Prime Minister’s New 15 Point Programme for welfare of Minorities is a programme which covers various schemes/ initiatives of the participating Ministries/ Departments with an aim to ensure that the underprivileged and weaker sections of six centrally notified minority communities have equal opportunities for availing the various Government welfare Schemes. The schemes of the Ministry of Minority Affairs covered under the Prime Minister's 15 Point Programme are exclusively meant for notified minorities. However, 15% of the outlays and targets, to the extent possible, of schemes/initiatives implemented by other participating Ministries/Departments are earmarked for notified minorities. The Schemes of Ministry of Minority Affairs and other participating Ministries included in the PM’s New 15 Point Programme are as under: i.
