Travel to India is prohibited for non-Indians involved in these activities, according to the Visa Manual, Rules and Guidelines.

INCREASING ANTI INDIA ACTIVITIES

Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the increasing anti-India activities by people of non-Indian
origin-especially these in Canada, the UK and the US is in cognizance of
the Government;
(b) if so, the names of individuals and organizations found involved in such
anti-India activities in the said countries during the last five years;
(c) whether the Government has taken any action against the properties
of the said people and whether their bank accounts have been frozen,
their passport cancelled and their travel to India prohibited; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (d): There have been instances of participation and support by non-
Indians and their support to anti-India activities, including extremist
activities, vandalism of property of Indian diplomatic missions/posts,
threats to Indians on social media, anti-India propaganda, lobbying and
academic influence activities, which has come to the notice of the-2-

Government. Organizations and elements which support or carry out anti-
India advocacy and activism are generally involved in such protests.
As per available information, the Government of India, including through
its diplomatic Missions and Posts, has engaged with the host
governments and urged them to not only take action against these
elements under their respective domestic laws, but also to ensure
adequate safety of our diplomatic properties and personnel as per
relevant international conventions.
Further, the travel of such non-Indians who are involved in these activities
is prohibited into India in terms of Visa Manual, Rules and Guidelines
issued from time to time.
