Will the Minister of HOME AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the construction work of the
Field Firing Range Centre at Damoh (ITBP) in Damoh Lok Sabha
Constituency of Madhya Pradesh still has not started despite the approval
orders issued by the Government about four years ago and the completion
of land allocation process;
(b) if so, the reasons for delay and the details thereof;
(c) if not, whether the Govenment proposes to take steps for the early
construction of the Field firing Range Centre, Damoh; and
(d) if so, whether the Government proposes to give priority for the
construction of this important and development-oriented Field Firing
Range Centre?

(a) & (b): An amount of Rs. 4.59 Cr. has been sanctioned for various
