Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) the current status of implementation of PM-Vishwakarma Yojana in Konaseema district of
Andhra Pradesh;
(b) the number of beneficiaries registered and enrolled under the Scheme in Konaseema district till
date, trade-wise;
(c) the number and details of training centres sanctioned under the Scheme in Konaseema district,
including their locations, implementing agencies and trades for which training is being provided;
(d) whether any of these training centres are currently operational, if so, the details thereof and the
number of artisans undergoing training at each centre;
(e) whether the Government has received/approved any proposals for establishing additional training
centres under the Scheme in Konaseema district, if so, the details thereof;
(f) the number of beneficiaries who have received skill training, certification, toolkit distribution
and financial assistance under the Scheme in Konaseema district; and
(g) the funds sanctioned, released, utilised under the Scheme during the last three years in
Konaseema district of Andhra Pradesh?

(a) & (b): PM Vishwakarma scheme was launched on 17.09.2023, to provide end-to-end holistic
support to artisans and craftspeople of 18 traditional trades who work with their hands and tools. As of
15.12.2025, 1.03 lakh artisans have enrolled under the scheme in the district of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar
Konaseema out of which 6,535 artisans have been successfully registered after the process of three stage
verification. The trade-wise beneficiaries in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema district is at Annexure-I.
(c): The Skilling component under PM Vishwakarma is being implemented by the Ministry of Skill
Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The details of training centres, including their locations and
trades under PM Vishwakarma in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema district are at Annexure-II.
(d): As per the information received from Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship
(MSDE), the following training centre is currently operational:
