SHRI B K PARTHASARATHI: Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state: (a) the details regarding the total number of beneficiaries supported under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme and each of its components, since its inception, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh; (b) the funds allocated, released and utilised under this scheme, since its inception, year and State-wise; (c) the outcomes achieved through this scheme till date, State-wise; and (d) the details regarding the issues reported in the scheme implementation and measures taken to address the same? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE) (a): The World Bank supported Central Sector Scheme ‘Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance’ (RAMP), aims at enhancing the impact of the existing schemes of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and increasing Centre-State collaboration by providing grants to States/UTs for funding selected projects proposed in the Strategic Investment Plans proposed by the States and UTs. The number of beneficiaries of RAMP, State and Year wise, including in Andhra Pradesh is given in Annexure I. (b): The funds allocated, released and utilised under RAMP Programme, since its inception, year and State-wise is given in Annexure II. (c) & (d): The Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework of NITI Aayog’s is the institutional mechanism to evaluate the outcome of RAMP Programme. As on end January 2026, 21,36,502 number of MSMEs benefitted so far in different States/UTs through RAMP Programme.
