Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) the number of projects sanctioned/approved under the Micro and Small Enterprises โ Cluster
Development Programme (MSE-CDP) in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, including both
Common Facility Centres (CFCs) and Infrastructure Development (ID) projects, along with the year
of approval and cluster type, district-wise;
(b) the total funds allocated, released/utilised and nature of activities under each project since
2015, district/cluster-wise;
(c) the current implementation status and outcomes achieved from these projects and whether
there are any delays, if so details thereof;
(d) the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and entrepreneurs
benefiting from each project, including SC/ST and women entrepreneurs, district-wise; and
(e) the number and details of project proposals pending approval in Andhra Pradesh, along with
the reasons for delay and the expected timeline for sanctioning these projects?

(a) to (e): Micro and Small Enterprises - Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) is a
demand driven scheme where proposals are received from State Government to address the common
needs of existing cluster in their State/UTs including Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. After
compliance is submitted by the State Government as per MSE-CDP Scheme guidelines, such
proposals are placed before the National Project Approval Committee (NPAC) for consideration and
decision.
Under MSE-CDP Scheme, the following projects of Common Facility Centres (CFCs) and
Infrastructure Development (ID) Projects have been approved in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh:
