NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th June, 2023 F. No. ACC/PB&HP/Notification/1(4)/997 Dated 10.11.2021.—Whereas it appears to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner that the employer and the majority of the employees in relation to the following establishment have agreed that the provisions of the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) should be made applicable to their respective establishment namely:
