(एिीएमयुटी:2002) [फा. सं. 14011/19/2024-दिल्ली-II] प्रिीण कुमार राय, संयुक्त सजचि नोट: मूल अजधसूचना, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-धारा (ii) में 17 जसतंबर, 2024 की संख्या का. आ. 3955(अ) के माध्यम से प्रकाजित की गई थी और बाि में संख्या का. आ. 4793(अ), दिनांक 5 निंबर, 2024, का. आ. 426(अ), दिनांक 23 िनिरी, 2025 और का. आ. 1076(अ) दिनांक 3 माचच, 2025 के माध्यम से संिोजधत की गई थी। 6456 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th September, 2025 S.O. 4401(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. S.O.3955(E), dated the 17.09.2024 issued by this Ministry, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely: - In the said notification, for Item No. (c)(v) and the entry relating thereto, shall be substituted with the following and the entry shall be as follows: (v) Shri Vikas Anand, IAS (AGMUT:2002) [F. No. 14011/19/2024-Delhi-II] PRAVEEN KUMAR RAI, Jt. Secy.
