धारा 18 की उप धारा (1) और उप धारा (2) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केंरीय ररिव व
पुजलस बल समूह ‘ग' (योधक परा जचदकत्सीय पि) भती जनयम, 2011 को, िहा ाँ तक उनका सम्बन्द्ध कांस्ट्टेबल (सफाई
कमवचारी), कांस्ट्टेबल (धोबी/वािरमैन) और कांस्ट्टेबल (वाड व बाय/वाडव गलव) के पिों स े ह,ै उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत
करते हुए जिन्द्ह ेंएसे अजधक्मण से पूवव दकया गया ह ैया करन े का लोप दकया गया ह,ै केंरीय ररिवव पुजलस बल में योधक पैरा
जचदकत्सीय समूह (‘ग') पि पर भती की पद्दजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह;ै अर्ावत ्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. – (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम, केंरीय ररिवव पुजलस बल, परा जचदकत्सीय समूह
‘ग' (योधक परा जचदकत्सीय काडर) भती जनयम, 2022 ह ै।
(2) य,े रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. लाग ूहोना – ये जनयम, इन जनयमों से उपाबद्द अनुसूची के स्ट्तभं (1) में जवजनर्िष्टव पिों को लागू होंगे ।
3. पिों की सख्ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर, – पिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स
में स्ट्तर वे होंगे, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्द अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्िष्टव ह।ैं
4. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा और अन्द्य अहतव ाएं आदि, – उि पिों पर भती की पद्दजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतव ाए ं
और उससे सम्बजधत अन्द्य बातें वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजवजनर्िष्टव ह ैं।

5. जनरहतव ा – वह व्यजि –
(क) जिसने एसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ह,ैं जववाह दकया ह ै या जववाह की संजविा की
ह,ै या
(ख) जिसने अपन े पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया ह ै या जववाह की
संजविा की ह;ै
उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन्द्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्द्य
पिकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्द्य आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी
व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतवन से छूट िे सकेगी ।
6. जिजर्ल करन ेकी िजि, – िहा ं केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ैदक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहा ं
वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह,ैं उन्द्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के
व्यजियो की बावत, आिेि द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी ।
7. व्यावजृ त्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात एसे आरिण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्द्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं
डालगे ी, जिनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबध में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार
अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्द्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवव सैजनकों और अन्द्य जविेि प्रवगव के
व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै

जमिोरम, मेघालय, असम जहमाचल प्रििे तर्ा
संघ राज्य िेत्र िम्मू-कश्मीर के तहत कश्मीर िेत्र
संघ राज्य िेत्र लद्दाख का लेह एव लद्दाख िेत्रो
की न्द्यूनतम ऊाँचाई पुरूर्ों के जलए165 सेंटीमीटर
तर्ा मजहलाओं के जलए 155 सेंटीमीटर होगी ।
अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों के सभी अभ्यार्र्वयों
के जलए न्द्यूनतम ऊाँचाई पुरूर्ों के जलए 162.5
सेंटीमीटर और मजहलाओं के जलए 150 सेंटीमीटर
होगी ।
(ii) छाती – गढवाली, कुमाउनी, गोरखा, डोगरा,
मराठा श्रेजणयों में आने वाले और जसदिम,
नागालैड अरूणाचल प्रििे मजणपुर, जत्रपुरा,

G.S.R. 841(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (a) of sub
section (2) of section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), and in supersession
of the Central Reserve Police Force (Combatised Para Medical posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011, in so far
as they relate to the posts of the Constable (Safai Karmchari), Constable (Dhobi/ Washerman) and
Constable (Ward Boy/ Ward Girl)except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
suppression, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of
recruitment to the Combatised Para Medical Group (‘C’) posts, in the Central Reserve Police Force,
namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the, Central Reserve Police
Force, Group- ‘C’ (Combatised Para Medical Cadre) Recruitment Rules, 2022
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.– These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of posts, their
classification, level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of
the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc. – The method of
recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as
specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any
person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible
under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that
there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax. –Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or
expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the

7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other
concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other

the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
