(vi) गंिीर िोखािड़ी जांच कायावलय; (vii) रेलवे सतकवता कायावलय; (क) (i) जो मूल काडर या भविाग म ेंभियभमत आिार पर सदशृ पद िारण ककए हुए ह,ैं या8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ii) भजन्द्होंिे मलू काडर या भविाग म ें वेति मैट्रिक्‍स के स्‍तर-11 के पदों पर दो वषव भियभमत सेवा की ह;ैं और (ख) भजन्द्‍ह ेंआपराभिक मामलों या आर्र्वक अपरािों के अन्द्वेषण के मामलों को संिालिे या आतंकवादरोिी ऑपरेशि सभहत आसूचिा कायों या आतंकवादरोिी अर्वा सतकवता जािकारी संग्रह म ेंप्रभशक्षण प्रदाि करि े का सात वषों का अिुिव हो। ट्रटप्पण 1 - िारतीय पुभलस सेवा अभिकारी की प्रभतभियुभि समय-समय पर यर्ासंशोभित, गृह मंत्रालय के कायावलय ज्ञापि सं० आई- 21023/29/2007-आईपीएस ।।।, तारीख 30 माच,व 2010 म ेंअतं र्ववष्ट प्रभतभियुभि स े संबंभित अिुदशे ों या आदेशों की शतों स े भवभियभमत होगी। ट्रटप्पण 2 :- िारतीय पुभलस सेवा अभिकारी समय-समय पर यर्ासंशोभित िारतीय पुभलस सेवा (वेति) भियम, 1954 के अिुसार वेति और ित्त े लगें े। इसी प्रकार, अभखल िारतीय सेवाओं के अभिकारी तर्ा केंर सरकार समूह ’क’‍संगट्रठत सेवाओं के अभिकारी िी उिके ऊपर लागू होि े वाल े भियमों के अिुसार वेति और ित्‍ते प्राप्‍त करेंगे। ट्रटप्पण 3 :- केंरीय सशस्त्र पुभलस बलों या अन्द्य सेवाओं अर्ावत् अभखल िारतीय सेवा, िारतीय आर्र्वक सेवा, िारतीय राजस्व सेवा, िारतीय सीमा शुल्क और केंरीय उत्पाद शल्ु क सेवा, िारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा सेवाए,ं प्रवतवि भिदशे ालय और गंिीर िोखािड़ी जांच कायावलय स े प्रभतभियुभि पर अभिकाट्ररयों की संखया ककसी िी समय कुल स्वीकृत पदों के पच्चीस प्रभतशत स े अभिक िहीं होगी।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 9 ट्रटप्पण 4 :- प्रभतभियुभि की अवभि, भजसके अंतगतव केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या ककसी अन्द्य संगठि या भविाग म ेंइस भियुभि स े ठीक पहल े िाट्ररत ककसी अन्द्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रभतभियुभि की अवभि शाभमल ह,ै सािारणतया चार वषव स ेअभिक िहीं होगी । ट्रटप्पण 5 :- प्रभतभियुभि द्वारा भियुभि के भलए अभिकतम आय ु सीमा आवेदि प्राप्त करि े की अंभतम तारीख को छप्‍पि वषव से अभिक िहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 6 :- पोषक प्रवग व के ऐसे भविागीय अभिकारी, जो प्रोन्नभत की सीिी पंभि म ेंह,ै प्रभतभियुभि पर भियुभि के भलए भवचार ककए जािे के पात्र िहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रभतभियुि व्यभि प्रोन्नभत द्वारा भियुभि के भलए भवचार ककए जािे के पात्र िहीं होंग े । [फा. स.ं 45021/28/2023-एनआईए] राकेि राठी, संयुक् त सजचव MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th May, 2026 G.S.R. 335(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 25 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), and in supersession of the Ministry of Home Affairs, National Investigation Agency, Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General, Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Group ‘A’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013, in so far as they relate to the posts of Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General and Superintendent of Police except as respects things done or omitted to the done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General and Superintendent of Police in the National Investigation Agency, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, National Investigation Agency, Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General and Superintendent of Police (Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the above said Schedule. 5. Disqualification.–No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
