No. CE(P)/Irrgn./ KDP/TS3/2469/2004, Dt: 04.01.2012. ***** ORDER : In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, Kadapa / Chief Engineer(P), Irrigation, Kadapa in their letters 1st and 4th read above and the report of Commissioner (R&R), I&CAD Deptt, Secunderabad thereon in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby constitute a Three Men Committee to go to the verifiable factors of Eturu Village of Kondapuram Mandal in Kadapa District due to submergence under back water of Gandikota Project with the following member : 1. Joint Collector / P.A. Kadapa. 2. Chief Engineer, (Projects), Irrigation, Kadapa. 3. Joint Director (C&M), O/o the Commissioner (R&R), Secunderabad. 2. The Committee shall examine the following issues :- i) Identify non-displacing or least displacing alternatives as envisaged in the objectives of the State R&R Policy. ii) Examine the representation made by the villagers of Yeturu village of Kondapuram Mandal with reference to the actual ground reality due to construction of the Project. iii) Examine the report submitted by the Superintending Engineer, GNSS. iv)To estimate the financial implications on the Government due to the acquisition. v) Offer Specific remarks, if acquisition of remaining structures not coming under submergence inevitable. vi)To verify all verifiable factors for the purpose.3. The Committee shall submit their report to the Government by 31.3.2012.
