O R D E R:
Under the proviso to Rule 47 ( 2 ) of APTA Rules 1996, Post Facto Permission
is here by accorded to Sri Chiranjiv Choudhary, IFS, Special Secretary to Government,
Irrigation & CAD (PW) Department for the following tours performed by him to
Ongole (Prakasham District) for inspection and review of R & R works pertaining to
Gundlakamma and Veligonda Projects :
31st January 2012 - By train to Ongole (Prakasham District
1st February 2012 - Inspection and Review of R & R Works
2nd February 2012 - Returned to Hyderabad by Train
2. The expenditure on the above tour shall be debited to 3451. Secretariat
Economic Sources, 090. Secretariat,- 09. Irrigation C.A.D (PW) Department, 110-
Domestic Travel expenses, 111- Travelling Allowances.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (TA) Department under
rules or orders enforce.
