Hyderabad Lr.No.SRP2/254/2011, dated 14.10.2011. ** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Special Collector (LA), SRSP, SSP & JCRGLIP, Tarnaka, Hyderabad in his letters first read above and the report of the Special Chief Secretary to Government and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad therein in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.84,46,248/- (Rupees Eighty four lakhs Forty six thousand Two hundred and forty eight only) towards decretal charges to be deposited in the respective court to the credit of O.P.No.42/2005 pertaining to Dessaipet Village, Warangal Mandal and District to the lands acquired for excavation of Kakatiya Main Canal from Km.230-231 under SRSP in the limits of Dessaipet village, Warangal Mandal and District vide Award No.22/04-05, dated 21.12.2004, subject to verification whether the reference under section 18 (1) of the L.A. act is made to the Lower Court after following all the guidelines/directions on the subject and in case, it is detected that Sec.18 reference was made contrary to the rules/guidelines issued by the Government/Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad immediate action should be taken to recover the loss sustained by the Government from the staff concerned and filing of restitution petition and also subject to confirmation of the Chief Engineer concerned as to the extent of land acquired. Further, the Special Collector should verify the calculations made by the Land Acquisition Officer once again thoroughly with reference to the decree and instructions issued by the Government/Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on the subject from time to time duly deducting the Income Tax as per rules before depositing the above sanctioned decretal amount in Lower Court. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debitable to the detailed Head of Account under “2700 Capital Outlay on Major & Medium Irrigation - 01 Major Irrigation; MH.116 – Sriramsagar Project, Stage-I – GH.11 – Normal State Plan- Schemes included in the Plan; SH(27) – Canals and Distributories; 530 – Major works ; 532 Lands (charged). 3.
