ORDER
In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, ISWR, Hyderabad in
his letter read above and after careful examination, Government hereby appoint
Sri D.Sudarsana Reddy, Senior Advocate as Senior Advocate and Sri M.R.S.
Srinivas, Advocate as Advocate for appearing before Supreme Court of India on
behalf of Andhra Pradesh in O.S.No.5/2003 on construction of Paragodu and other
Irrigation Projects in Pennar Basin by Government of Karnataka in violation of
1892 agreement along with post facto approval from 11/2008 with the following
fee structure:
A) Fee payable to Sri D. Sudarsana Reddy, Sr. Advocate (from 11/2008)
1) Day Fee (in Hyderabad)
(having minimum working period Rs.40.000/per day
of 3 hours) study, preparation and
conference etc.
2) To appear before the Hon’ble Supreme Rs.1,50,000/-per day
Court of India(including sittings, conferences
etc. conducting either prior to or after the
appearance before Supreme Court on that day )
3) Outstation sittings(other than Hyderabad) Rs.1,00,000 per day
and site inspection
B) Fee payable to Sri MRS.Srinivas,Advocate (from 11/2008)
1) Day Fee (in Hyderabad)
(having a minimum working period Rs.7,500/per day
of 3 hours) study, preparation and
conferences etc.
2) To appear before the Hon’ble Rs.30,000/-per day
Supreme Court of India(including sittings,
conferences etc. conducting either prior
to or after the appearance before Supreme
Court on that day)
3) Out station sittings(other than Hyderabad ) Rs.30,000/- per day
and site inspection.
