From Director General, WALAMTARI, Hyderabad, Lr.No.DG/WAL/ B3/272/2011-12/162, dated: 30.01.2012. &&& O R D E R The Director General, WALAMTARI vide his lr.dt.30-01-2012 has submitted proposals for releasing the Grant-in-aid from the Budget provision for the financial year 2011-2012 for the 4th quarter to meet the expenditure towards Salaries of Staff, Training Courses, Utility Payments and other Developmental activities of WALAMTARI under Grants-in-aid {GIA}. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the proposal of Director General, WALAMTARI, hereby accord sanction for release of Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Hundred Lakhs only) as Grants-in-aid for the 4th quarter from the Budget provision of WALAMTARI for the year 2011-12, as follows: Rupees in lakhs Sl. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Irrigation and CAD (OP) Department is authorized to present the bills for the said amount to “Pay and Accounts Officer {Works}, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad” to issue a Cheque in favour of Administrative Officer, WALAMTARI, who in turn will credit the same to the P.D. Account No:GA-79 (Old PD Account No:138) in favour of Administrative Officer, WALAMTARI under the Head of Account “8449-other Deposits-MH-120 Miscellaneous Deposits-SH(95)-Deposits of WALAMTARI” by way of Challan. 5. Government also hereby authorize the Pay and Accounts Officer, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, to admit the bills into Audit as indicated supra. 6. The Director General, WALMATARI, Hyderabad shall furnish the utilization certificate for the grants released now by the Government. 7.
