ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Administrator-cum-Chief Engineer, Sriramasagar Project, Hyderabad in the letter read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby sanction an amount of Rs.375.62 lakhs (Rupees three hundred seventy five lakhs and sixty two thousand only), subject to ensuring that sufficient budget provision is available for the following Dam Safety (CAT’A’) works of Sriramsagar Project Stage-I of Kaddam Narayan Reddy Project. The expenditure sanctioned on para 1 above is chargeable to the following Head of Account “4700 Major & Medium Irrigation MH-11- 105-Kaddam Project GH-11 NSP – SH 26 D&A 530/531 OE”. 3 The Administrator-cum-Chief Engineer, Sriramasagar Project, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and shall ensure that all the works are completed as per the prescribed specifications during the canal closure period.
