No.Comm/GB/DCE/DEE2/AEE/1196/Vol.XV/1322, dated. 01.06.2011, 06.09.2011 & 02.12.2011. ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin, Hyderabad in the letters read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby, ratify the action of the Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin, Hyderabad to entrust the additional item of work to the existing EPC agency of M/s TAIPPL-BRCPL-FPL (JV) feeder channel from Shetpally tank to D-4 off-take point of Choutpally Hanmanth Reddy Lift Irrigation Scheme, Nizamabad district with total cost of Rs.7,97,600/- ( Rupees Seven lakhs ninety seven thousands and six hundred only) by deducting tender discount of 0.917%. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above is chargeable to the following Head of Account “4701-COL on M&MI, 01- M.I. Commercial, 175 – Choutpally Hanmanth Reddy Lift Irrigation Scheme, SH-(27) canals distribution, 530- Major works, 531 – Other Expenditure”. 3. The Commissioner, Planning & Development of Godavari Basin, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O.No.312/F4(A1)/12-1, dated.08.02.2012.
