No.ACE/SRSP- I/DEE-I/AEE-I/Dam Estimate/2011-12; dated:26.12.2011. ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Administrator-cum-Chief Engineer, Sriramasagar Project, Hyderabad in the letter read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord permission for “Replacement of Rubber seal of 42 Nos. R.C. Gates with all associated items (Rs.45.00 lakhs) and Painting to 42 Nos. of R.C Gates and 24 Nos. of Stop Lock Gates of Sriramsagar Project Stage-I by sand blasting(Rs.410.00 lakhs)” with total amounting Rs.455.00 lakhs (Rupees Four hundred fifty five lakhs), subject to ensuring that sufficient budget provision in 2012-13. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above is chargeable to the following Head of Account “M.H.4700 & M.H,-01 Major Irrigation (Commercial) – Sub Head – 101 – SRSP, GH.11-NSP-SH (26) – D&A – 530 other charges 531 – other Expenditure (Plan)”. 3 The Administrator-cum-Chief Engineer, Sriramasagar Project, Hyderabad shall ensure that expenditure works are completed by Khariff - 2012 and call for tender accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O.No.496/F4(A2)/12-1, dated.15.02.2012.
