From Sri B.Giribabu, Washerman, application dated 02.03.2012. * * * O R D E R : Sanction is accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) towards washing charges to Sri B.Giribabu, Washerman for the period from November 2011 to February 2012 at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month for rendering his service as washerman to this Department. 2. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “3451.Secretariat Economic Services - 090.Secretariat – 25 .Irrigation & CAD(PW) Department – 130 –Office Expenses – 132.- Other Office Expenses”. 3. Certified that the amount has not been drawn previously. The Irrigation & CAD (OP:Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para-1 above. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (BG) Department as per rules or orders on the subject.
