From the ENC, P.R, PMGSY, Hyd, Lr.No. DyEE-IV/ W4/PMGSY Ph.VI/Kattakindapalem/2007-08, dated 28.12.11. ><<< O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, Original Administrative Sanction was accorded for Rs. 105.13 lakh for the work “Providing BT Surface to the road from Km 20/4 of MC Road to Kattakindapalem in SPSR Nellore District” under PMGSY-Phase VI in Package No. AP VI 1413. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government have permitted to adopt price escalation for 322 works of PMGSY, Phase VI sanctioned vide G.O.1st read above including the work in the present proposal i.e. Providing BT Surface to the road from Km 20/4 of MC Road to Kattakindapalem in SPSR Nellore District” under PMGSY, Phase VI in Package No. AP VI 1413. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the ENC, Panchayat Raj, PMGSY, Hyderabad has requested for according Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.99.53 lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.105.13 lakh in respect of the work “Providing BT Surface to the road from Km 20/4 of MC Road to Kattakindapalem in SPSR Nellore District” under PMGSY-Phase VI due to price escalation. 4. Government after careful consideration of the proposal hereby, accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.99.53 lakh (Rupees Ninety nine lakh and fifty three thousand only) including GOI share of Rs.95.91 lakh (Rupees Ninety five lakh and ninety one thousand only) and State share of Rs.3.62 lakh (Rupees Three lakh and sixty two thousand only) as against the Original Administration Sanction Rs.105.13 lakh (Rupees One crore five lakh and thirteen thousand only) in respect of the work “ Providing BT Surface to the road from Km 20/4 of MC Road to p.t.o.::2:: Kattakindapalem in SPSR Nellore District” under PMGSY Phase VI due to price escalation is to be borne by the State Government as per the PMGSY guidelines. The amount chargeable is as follows:- Original Administrative Sanction Rs. 105.13 lakh Now RAS required as follows: a) Amount chargeable from PMGSY Phase VI Rs. 95.91 lakh b) Amount chargeable from State Govt. share Towards price escalation Rs. 3.62 lakh -------------------- Total RAS required (a+b) Rs. 99.53 lakh ------------------- 5.
