From the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj,Lr.No.NB13/RIDFXI/Cheedella/ 2005 dated. 02.12.2011. ****** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, administrative sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.150.00 lakh for the work, “Providing BT to the road from NH9 to Cheedella” in Nalgonda district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XI and Revised Administrative sanctioned was accorded for an amount of Rs.151.00 lakh was accorded vide reference 2nd read above . Further, the Government have accorded Extension of Agreement Time for the said work upto 20.12.2010 and allowed the price escalation for Rs.15.24 lakh so as to approve the work done estimate cum completion report vide reference 3rd read above 2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above has submitted proposals to accord Re-Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.161.89 as against the Revised Administrative Sanction of Rs.151.00 lakh in respect of work, “Providing BT to the road from NH9 to Cheedella” in Nalgonda district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XI , so as to take further necessary action for approval of work done estimate cum completion report. 3. Government after careful consideration of the proposal, hereby accord Re-Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.161.89 as against the Original Administrative Sanction of RS.150.00 lakh and Revised Administrative Sanction of Rs.151.00 lakh in respect of work, “Providing BT to the road from NH9 to Cheedella” in Nalgonda district sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XI, 4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (WA.I) Dept. vide their U.O.No 33667/ 519 / RIDF / WA-I / 11 dated 09.01.2012. 6.
