From the Chief Engineer , Panchayat Raj , NABARD, Hyd, Lr.No. NB16/ Thoderu/ RIDF XV/ NLR/ 2009 dated 30.11.2011. ***** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby grant post facto Extension of Agreement Time up to 01.06.2011 i.e for (155) days without imposing liquidated damages, in respect of work, “Providing BT to road from NP Road to Thoderu Village via Marpur Village” in SPS Nellore District sanctioned under NABARD RIDF XV as the delay is not attributed to the contractor. 2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 3.
