ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, administrative sanction was accorded for an
amount of Rs.89.00 lakh for the work, “Providing BT Surface to the road from
Singarayakonda (M.C.Road) to Sanampudi in Singarayakonda mandal” in Prakasam
district under NABARD RIDF XIII.
2. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read
above has submitted proposals to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.91.11
lakh as against the Original Administrative Sanction of Rs.89.00 lakh and for permission
for the deviations above 15% for approval of work done estimate cum completion report
in respect of the work providing BT surface to the Road from Singarayakonda (M.C.Road)
to Sanampudi in Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam district under NABARD RIDF XIII.
3. Government after careful consideration of the proposal, hereby accord to accord
Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.91.11 lakh as against the Original Administrative
Sanction of Rs.89.00 lakh and for permission for the deviations above 15% for approval
of work done estimate cum completion report in respect of the work providing BT surface
to the Road from Singarayakonda (M.C.Road) to Sanampudi in Singarayakonda Mandal,
Prakasam district under NABARD RIDF XIII.
4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, NABARD, Hyderabad is requested to take
necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (WA.I) Dept. vide their U.O.No
33299 / 511 / RIDF / WA-I / 11 dated 05.01.2012.
