Quotation letter of Sri Nizamuddin, Zeenth Travels, Hyderabad Dt. 16-10-2011 * * * ORDER:- In the G.O. 3rd read above orders were issued to take one car on hire basis from Sri Syed Afroj, F.144, NRR Puram , Borabanda, Hyderabad for the use of Additional Secretary to Govt. , Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance and Planning (FW-W&M) Department, dt.4-1-94 read with Circular Memo No.1320/659/A2/W&M/2007, Dt.11-12-2007 for a period of one year from 12th July 2010 to 11th July 2011 @ Rs 18,000/- per month on usual conditions. 2. In the reference 4th read above, Sri Nizamuudin, Zeenth Travels, Hyderabad has submitted quotation for hiring vehicle bearing No.AP 23 TV 034 , running with 2500K.Ms @ Rs. 18,000/- per month. 3. Since the contract period was expired, the PR &RD Department has decided to take a Car on hire basis, from Sri Nizamuddin, ZEENTH Travels, H.No. 9-2-485/1, Langarhouse Hyderabad vide vehicle bearing No AP.09 TV 034 (TATA Indicom) for a period of one year i.e. From 21-10-2011 to 20-10-2012 for the use of Joint Secretary in the department, @ Rs. 18,000/- ( Rupees Eighteen thousand only) per month and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance and Planning (FW-W&M) Department, dt.4-1-1994 read with Circular memo No.1320/659/A2/W&M/2007 Dt.11-12-2007. 4. The Expenditure on hiring of the above vehicle shall be met from the budget allotted to the PR& RD Deptt., under sub head of 130 – Office Expenses 134- Hiring of Private Vehicles. 5.
